We then spent a week in Sekongkang, a couple hours south of Kertasari. This has a few famous surf breaks; Supersucks, Scar Reef and Yoyos.
A massive swell came through after a few days, there was some amazing, but scary surf coming through at Supersucks. There were some people getting stand up barrels, and a fair few people coming in from the surf with reef cuts all over their backs.
Unfortunately we both ended up with food poisoning, I ended up in the clinic on an IV, the Doctor and Nurse were great though. The medical clinic was very rural, with chickens and cats always trying to wander through.
